管道冰堵检测中应变式传感器的卡具优化

摘要: 利用应变式传感器对管道冰堵位置进行检测时,为了操作方便,避免多次粘贴应变片,建议采用可以
多次拆装的卡具元件。对卡具结构进行了优化设计,提出了一种开椭圆形小孔的n形卡具结构,对该卡具在检测过
程中的受力情况进行了理论分析,并应用有限元分析软件进行了应变模拟,分析结果表明,具有该结构的卡具可以
有效地提高输出信号的信噪比,为该卡具的使用奠定了理论基础。

关键词: 管道冰堵检测 , 应变式传感器 , 卡具 , 优化设计

Abstract:  

When the ice-jamming position of pipe is checked by resistance strain sensation, it was proposed to adopt a clamp which could be dismantled and installed times without number to make the operation convenient and avoid affixing resistance strain flakes repeatedly. A clamp with n-structure and a small elliptic hole was advanced, then the loading situation of clamp was analyzed theoretically and the distribution of strain was simulated through finite element method. The analysis results indicate that with this clamp the signal-to-noise of the sensor is improved and lays a foundation for the use of clamp in checking ice-jamming position of pipe.
