酸度对P204-HCl-H3AOH 体系萃取La(Ⅲ)的机理影响

摘要: 在pH >1、0<pH≤1、pH <0三种条件下,对P204-煤油体系以及P204-HCl-H3AOH 体系负载
La有机相进行红外光谱测试,研究了酸度对P204-HCl-H3AOH 体系萃取La(Ⅲ)的机理影响。研究结果表明,当
pH>1时,萃取过程的实质是La离子与P-OH 置换,遵循阳离子交换机制;0<pH≤1时,萃取过程是由P=O 基
团与P-OH 基团同时参与与La的配合作用,其配合机制为阳离子交换机制和溶剂化配合双重机制,该机制增强了
对La的萃取能力使萃取容量提高;pH≤0时,萃取过程是由P=O 基团与P-OH 基团同时参加的配合反应,但是P
=O 基团占主要优势。

Abstract:  

In the conditions of pH >1, 0<pH≤1 and pH<0, P204-kerosene system and the organic phase loading La in the P204-HCl-H3AOH were studied by infrared spectroscopy. The effect of acidity on extraction mechanism of La(Ⅲ) in P204-HCl-H3AOH extraction system was investigated. The results show that displacement reaction between La and P-OH, and the mechanism is cation exchange when the value of pH>1. Both the group of P=O and the group of P-OH react with La and the extraction mechanism is the dual mechanism theory of cation exchange mechanism and salvation complex mechanism. Thus, the extraction capacity of La in the condition of 0<pH≤1 is increased. When the value of pH≤0, the two groups of P=O and P-OH, especially P=O, take part in the complex reaction.
