新型氮化碳材料的合成及其吸附性能的研究

Abstract: Four graphiticlike carbon nitride materials (CNEDACTC,CNDCD, CNUREA, CNMEM) have been synthesized with ethylenediaminecarbon tetrachloride, dicyandiamide, urea and melamine as precursors, using attapulgite (ATP) as hard template. The new materials were characterized by XRD and TG, besides which, the N2 and CO2 absorption properties were tested repectively. The results indicated that the structure and properties of the precursors played an important role in the adsorption capacity of carbon nitride materials. In the four materials, the CNUREA exhibited the highest capacity of CO2  with a capacity of 85.438 cm3/g at 0 ℃ and 58.931 cm3/g at 25 ℃. In addition, the results showed the attapulgite used as template in the new materials was removed thoroughly under magnetic stirring condition in 5% HF. The pore volumes and the CO2 absorption capacity of the samples were improved obviously.

摘要: 以天然凹凸棒土为模板剂, 采用乙二胺 - 四氯化碳、 双氰胺、 尿素及三聚氰胺四类含氮有机化合物作为 前驱体, 合成了4种具有石墨型结构的氮化碳材料( CN - E DA - C T C、CN - D C D、CN - UR EA、CN - MEM) 。通过 X - 射 线粉末衍射、 热重、 N2 吸附及CO2 吸附等手段表征并测试了4种材料的结构及其吸附性能。结果表明, 前驱体的结 构和性质对合成的氮化碳材料的吸附性能有较大的影响, 其中, 对CO2 吸附能力最强的是CN - UR EA, 吸附量分别 为8 5. 4 3 8c m3/ g( 0℃) 和5 8. 9 3 1c m3/ g( 2 5℃) 。同时发现, 选择天然凹凸棒土作为模板剂, 并利用质量分数5% HF 在磁力搅拌下处理样品, 可以有效地提高孔容, 增强对CO2 的吸附能力。
