Abstract: Ecofriendly rubber oil was prepared from the Middle East medium distillates mixture by onetime extraction with mixed solvents to remove polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. This paper presented the comparative study on the extraction effects of solvents A, B, C and the mixed solvents of the three solvents. And the effect of solvents mixed ratio, the ratio of solvents and oil, extracting temperature, and extracting time on extraction were investigated, too. The results indicated that mixed solvents had better selectivity and solubility. With the solvents mixed ratio of m(C)/m(A)=1∶1 and extractant to oil ratio of 2∶1, extracting at 45 ℃ for 10 min, the polycyclic aromatics content in raffinate oil could be reduced from 5.74% to 2.78%, meeting the EU instruction 2005/69/EC requirements, and the yield of product reached 88.1%. All in all, the final product had similar qualities compared to VIVATEC 500.

摘要: 以中东中质馏分油的调和油为原料, 通过复合溶剂一次萃取脱除多环芳烃, 抽余油作为环保橡胶油。 分别考察了 A、 B、 C3种溶剂及3种溶剂复合使用萃取情况; 考察了溶剂复配比、 剂油质量比、 实验温度、 萃取时间等 操作条件对萃取效果的影响。结果表明, 复合溶剂比单一溶剂有更好的选择性与溶解能力; 在m( C) / m( A) =1∶1、 剂油质量比为2∶1、 温度为4 5℃条件下萃取1 0m i n, 抽余油多环芳烃化合物质量分数由5. 7 4%下降到2. 7 8%, 达到 欧盟2 0 0 5 / 6 9 / E C指令要求。产品收率高达8 8. 1%, 性质与 V I VAT E C5 0 0基本一致。
