振动采油器解堵效果室内实验与现场应用

摘要: 油田开发过程中因钻井、 作业等引起的各种杂质对油层造成污染以及地层结垢和结蜡等造成地层堵 塞, 利用振动来解堵具有环保无害性。通过室内实验及4口井的试验结果表明, 该振动采油器效果显著, 但仍存在改 进空间。该产品安全性能、 环保性能和工艺衔接性能良好, 具有投入少、 产出高, 技术经济效益显著的特点, 具有重 要推广应用价值。

关键词: 地层堵塞, 解堵, 产能恢复, 振动采油

Abstract: The formation pollution caused by drilling,fracturing and other reasons during the process of oil field development, also the fomation fouling,waxing, which make the fomation block. Vibration caused by vibrational wave is an innocuous method to remove the fomation block. Through four wells experimental data show that the effect of Vibration Recovery Device is excellent, yet there is still room for improvement. The capability of the product in safety,environmental performance,process performance and economy is superior.Therefore it is worth popularizing and application.
