摘要: 用两只同极性的晶体管,设计成一个两端负阻电路,无须外加任何LC元件或自激,靠其内反馈就能产生可靠、稳定的周期脉冲振荡波形。据此,集成一个复合型半导体脉冲振荡管。脉冲振荡管,不同于已有的各种振荡器,它无须外加任何LC元件,其自身就可自行产生脉冲振荡,并具有较高输出振幅和频率,而工作电源电压又不高,其电路简单,具有新颖性、实用性。可广泛地应用在多种脉冲数字电路中。在简化电路、缩小体积、减轻重量、提高集成度和脉冲速度以及与TTL电路相兼容等方面有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract: A circuit with two-terminal negative resistance was designed with two transistors with the same polarity. Without additional components or any LC self-excited, by its internal feedback, the circuit can produce reliable, stable periodic pulse oscillation waveform. Accordingly, a compound semiconductor pulse oscillating tube was integrated. Unlike the existing various oscillators, without any additional LC components, the pulse oscillating tube itself can produce pulse oscillation, with higher output amplitude and frequency, while the working voltage of power supply is not high, and the circuit is simple, with novelty and practicability. The pulse oscillating tube can be used in many pulse digital circuits. It has wide application prospect in simplifying circuit, reducing volume, reducing weight, increasing the degree of integration and the pulse velocity, and the compatibility with TTL circuits, etc.
