两段催化聚合法制备C5 石油树脂

Preparation of C5 Petroleum Resin by Two-Section Catalytic Polymerization

摘要: 以C5 馏分为原料,AlCl3 及BF3 为催化剂,两段催化聚合法合成C5 石油树脂。结果表明,在反应温度40℃,反应时间4h,先加入BF3 催化剂质量分数为1.0%,后加入AlCl3 催化剂质量分数为0.5%,得到了软化点为96℃,收率为31%,颜色较浅的石油树脂。

Abstract: C5 petroleum resin was synthesized from C5 distillates using aluminum muriate and boron trifluoride as catalysts.The results show that a petroleum resin can be prepared with softening point of 96℃ and maximum yield of 31%,and some best reaction conditions are determined.The optimum reaction temperature is 40℃,reaction time 4 h,catalyst AlCl3 and BF3 addition in order.
