石油套管缺陷漏磁检测技术的研究

摘要: 针对现役石油套管漏磁检测的复杂环境和井下尺寸要求,开发了基于双MCU 控制的井下高速套管
缺陷检测数据采集与海量存储系统,同时也开发了井上位置采集系统,免去了随探头装载编码器引来结构上的复杂和可靠性不足;基于Labview 开发了套管缺陷漏磁信号软件分析系统,可实现漏磁信号的波形显示,并基于小波模极大值算法将漏磁信号数据和对应的位置信息关联起来。现场实验验证了系统能对套管缺陷进行有效的检测以及漏磁信号的显示。

Abstract: Based on the complicated environment well casing laid and size requirement of down - hole , the hardware system suitable to casing inspection was developed to acquire and store the magnetic flux leakage signal , which was cont rolled by dual- MCU. The up - hole location acquiring system was also developed without encoder, by which it can avoid complicated mechanical st ructure and low reliability. The sof tware system developed by Labview could display the magnetic flux leakage signal, and the magnetic flux leakage signal and location were correlated based on wavelet modulus maxima algorithm. Finally the experiment result indicates that the system can detect s the defect s of well casing and displays the magnetic flux leakage signal.
