某开发区聚合物化学降解剂配方研究

摘要:         聚合物是长链高分子化合物,黏度较大,容易堵塞地层孔隙,降低地层渗透性,需要对堵塞孔道的聚合物进行化学降解,研究降解剂配方,实现解堵的目的。通过对聚合物采用不同组分、不同质量分数的降解剂进行室内降解反应实验,确定降解剂及辅助剂的成分和质量分数。次氯酸钠、H2O2和XF-2-C与聚合物溶液混合后降解效果好,能达到部分或完全溶解。综合反应效果、安全等因素,XF-2-C作为降解剂的主剂较为理想;降解效果随辅助剂质量分数的增加而增加,对于每种辅助剂都存在着一个最佳的质量分数;0.5%S9+1.2%XF-2-C降解聚合物效果最好,且药剂用量相对较小,用该配方处理聚合物溶液,最终黏度可达1.63 mPa·s

Abstract:

The polymer is a longchain polymer compound with high viscosity, easy to block the pores of the formation and reduce the permeability of the formation. It is necessary to chemically degrade the polymer in the plugging channel and study the formulation of the degrading agent. Through the use of different components and concentration of the degradation agent for indoor degradation reaction test, the concentration of degradation agent and adjuvant ingredients was determined. The degradation effect of XF-2-C as the main agent was the best with the formulation of XF-2-C. To 0.5% S9 + 1.2% XF-2-C the dosage of the agent is relatively small, with the addition of the adjuvant concentration. After treating by the above degrading agent, the viscosity of polymer solution reached 1.63 mPa·s.
