新型颗粒调剖剂及交替调剖的研究与应用

摘要:         为改善普通聚合物耐温抗盐性差、易高温水解等缺点,通过室内实验制备调剖颗粒聚合物;量取一定质量丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯酸(AA)、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)以及其他助剂,其中n(AM)/n(AA)/n(AMPS)=9∶4∶1,其他助剂适量,通过氧化还原引发聚合体系反应制得调剖颗粒凝胶。现场应用表明,该调剖颗粒凝胶有较强的耐温抗盐性能,测得45 ℃下、矿化度为3700mg/L的地层水配置2000mg/L该产物黏度为700mPa·s。利用该颗粒调剖聚合物与常规聚合物交替注入进行调剖分析得出:较相同浓度常规聚合物,该颗粒凝胶可起到良好的封堵作用,并能充分发挥常规聚合物的驱油效率。

Abstract:

        In order to improve the poor resistance for temperature and salt of common polymer, solve poor heat and hydrolytic stability, profile control particle polymer was prepared through indoor experiment. The gel particle controlling agent was prepared by redox reaction using acrylamide (AM), acrylic acid (AA), 2acrylamide2methyl propane sulfonic acid (AMPS) and other additives as raw materials with molar ratio of AM/AA /AMPS=9∶4∶1. The field application indicates the particle gel profile has strong temperature and salt resistance properties. The viscosity of product with concertration of 2 000 mg/L is 700 mPa·s which is formed by using formation water with concertration of 3 700 mg/L measured at 45 ℃. The profile of polymer and conventional polymer alternate injection can be explained for the following effects: compared with the conventional polymers with the same concentration, the gel particles have better sealing effect, flooding efficiency can be full played.
