Q1块堵水剂动态性能评价

Dynamic Performance Evaluation of Water Shutoff Agent of Q1 Block

摘要:         对适应Q1块地质特征的堵水配方进行了裂缝岩心封堵实验和双管并联岩心封堵实验,以评价Q1块堵水配方的封堵性能。实验结果表明,所设计Q1块堵水剂对人工岩心裂缝和高渗透层封堵率高,封堵效果好。堵剂注入量推荐选择0.6PV,可提高低渗透层分流率,保证后续注水能对低渗透层进行有效驱替,并有利于延长堵水施工有效期。

Abstract:

        The plugging experiments of the core block and the doublepipe parallel core were carried out to evaluate the sealing performance of the water shutoff formula of Q1 block geologic feature. The experimental results show that the design of Q1 block water shutoff agent; breakthrough pressure gradient; splitflow ratio; low permeability ter blocking agent can seal up the artificial core crack and high permeability layer with high sealing effect. It is suggested that 0.6 PV should be used to increase the shunting rate of the low permeability layer and ensure the effective flooding of the low permeability layer and to extend the effective period of water shutoff.
