大孔主客体催化材料的制备及表征

Preparation and Characterization of Macroporous  HostGuest Catalytic Materials

摘要: 采用超增溶原位自组装法合成大孔氧化铝载体作为主体, 采用 T EM、 B E T、 XR D等对其进行表征。 在 Mo - N i - P溶液中, 以正向胶束为模板剂, 合成出大孔主客体催化剂。考察了不同表面活性剂及其用量对正向胶束 形成的影响, 对模板剂的最佳配比进行优化。利用B E T、 电子探针等分析手段对大孔主客体催化材料进行表征。结 果表明, 催化材料具有0. 3 8c m3/ g的孔容、 6 1~9 0m2/ g的比表面积、 9. 3~1 3n m 的平均孔径、 最可几孔径为1 2. 5、 4 5. 0n m、 1 0~6 0n m高度集中, 且占总分布的5 3%~7 0%, 活性金属质量分数在1 8%~2 7%, 通过电子探针扫描的 元素分析表明金属在催化剂中均匀分散。

Abstract: The macroporous alumina carrier as the host of catalysts were prepared by supersolubility stiu selfassembly method. The properties of carrier were characterized by BET, TEM, XRD and so on. In MoNiP solution, macroporous hostguest catalyst was prepared using the positive micelle as template. The effect of different amount and type of surfactant on the formation of micelles was examined. The most appropriate amount of template was optimized. The hostguest macroporous catalytic materials were characterization by BET and electron microprobe analysis method (EMPA). The results showed that the catalytic material had pore volume of 0.38 cm3/g, specific surface area of 61~ 90 m2/g, average pore size of 9.3 ~13 nm, most probable pore diameter of 12.5 nm and 45 nm. The pore size distribution in the range of 10 ~60 nm were highly concentrated which occupied about 53%~70%. The amount of active metal was between 18% and 27%, and it evenly dispersed in the catalyst by EMPA analysis. 
