微波辅助分光光度法测定普钢中的镍

Determination of Nickel in Ordinary Alloy Steels by Microwave Digestion Spectroscopy

摘要: 采用微波消解系统消解普钢样品,考察了微波消解时酸体系的选择,消解时间、功率和压力对消解效
果的影响,选择了微波消解的最佳工作参数。利用萃取法对样品进行了分离,消除了铜、铁、锰离子的干扰。用分光
光度法测定普通合金钢中镍质量分数,其相对误差小于2.67%,相对标准偏差(n=5)小于3.72%,而微波消解方法
的相对误差小于1.67%,相对标准偏差(n=5)小于1.24%,其值均小于常规溶样法的测定结果。

Abstract: Ordinary alloy steel samples were digested in a microwave digestion system. The parameters of microwave digestion (including system of acid, time, power, and pressure) were optimized. Extraction method was used to eliminate the interference of Cu、Fe、Mn ion on Ni from the ordinary alloy steel samples. The nickel content in the samples was determined by ordinary pressure spectroscopy method. The relative error of microwave digestion is less than 1.67% and the RSD(n=5) is less than 1.24%. It is less than general method that is relative error of 2.67% and RSD(n=5)of 3.72%.
