摘要： 石油化工企业智能巡检与协同应急处理系统集成了包括全球定位技术GPS、地理信息技术GIS、移动数据采集技术GSM和即时通讯技术IM等多种当今安全科技研发领域最为先进的技术成果；可以帮助石油化工企业实现真正意义上的设备巡检与缺陷管理工作电子化、信息化和智能化，最大限度地减少漏检、错检等人为因素问题，以及缺陷或设备操作过程中的即时协同故障应急处理。此系统已经在抚顺石化乙烯生产车间得到了应用，效果良好。

Abstract: Intelligent patrol and coordinated exception emergency handle system in petro-chemical industry integrates mixed advanced technologies in safety science fields including GPS, GIS, GSM, IM. The system can help petrochemical companies to achieve electronic, information-based, intelligence of equipment patrol and fault management work, reduce all kinds of man-made factors such as failing to examination and false examination, and achieve instant cooperation exception emergency handles. The system has been used in ethylene plant of Fushun petrochemical company.
