摘要: 冷壁加氢反应器的内保温由于施工质量、操作条件等因素的影响,常会发生失效等故障,导致反应器局部温度超高。由于温差应力的存在,局部壁温超温非常不利于装置的安全运行。研究了反应器在轴向和周向上的温差应力分析与计算问题,提出超温部位为正方形、圆形、圆环、椭圆等的应力分析计算方法,供冷壁反应器使用单位参考。

Abstract: Internal thermal of cold wall hydrogenation reactor often may become invalidation as a result of factors such as construction quality and working conditions. It leads to the reactor partially temperature extremely high. Because of the existence of thermal stress, overheating partial wall temperature is extremely disadvantageous to the equipment safe operation. The reactor in axial and circumferential thermal stress analysis and the calculation problem were studied. The stress analysis and computational method were put forward when ultra- warm spot is the square, the circular, the ring, the ellipse etc.
