DCMS井下腐蚀监测的应用研究

摘要:         在油田开发过程中,井下腐蚀情况监测是评估井下腐蚀状况的主要手段,对了解整个防腐工程的实施情况以及实施效果能给予指导与验证。DCMS井下腐蚀监测系统采用电阻法原理,通过探针金属损失量的计算可测出腐蚀速率。研究结果表明,DCMS可实时监测腐蚀速率,具有灵敏度高、适用范围广等特点,可以针对井下的腐蚀情况给出直观的测试数据,具有良好的预见性。

Abstract:       In the process of develop oil field, the main way to evaluate corrosion condition is to monitor the corrosion situation under the oil well, which can help guide and verify the implementation and the effect of the whole anticorrosion engineering. The corrosion monitoring system of DCMS is based on the principle of resistance, and the corrosion rate can be measured by the calculation of the loss of metal. The results show that DCMS can be used to monitor the corrosion speed rate in a realtime, and have the characteristics of high sensitivity, widerange application and so on, it can also provide intuitive test data that aim at the corrosion of underground which depends on the good predictability.
