车辆典型薄壁梁碰撞性能的研究

摘要:      车辆的耐撞性能主要取决于车辆结构中薄壁梁部件的吸能特性。为了在汽车的设计阶段使被设计车辆更好的满足耐撞要求, 以车辆结构中的薄壁梁部件为研究对象, 针对典型薄壁结构梁的碰撞变形特点, 采用高度非线性显式动态有限元程序Hy perMesh 和LS-DYNA 进行了碰撞的数值模拟, 分析了薄壁梁及保险杠正面撞击刚性墙的全过程以及不同参数的选取对仿真及计算结果的影响。与实车正面碰撞结果进行了对比分析, 验证了所建立的有限元模型的正确性。在此基础上, 针对仿真计算结果及薄壁构件吸能特性, 提出了一些改进措施。

Abstract:

   Automobile crashworthiness is mainly determined by energy absorption characteristics of thin walled beam' s components in automobile structure .In order to meet the needs of automobile crashworthiness during the design , thin walled beam' s components in automobile structure w ere taken as research objects.Aiming at collision deformation characteristics, HyperMesh and LS -DYNA were used to simulate the collision process here .The w hole process was analyzed , which thin walled beam and bumper collide with rigid wall in the forward direction.The influence of simulation and computing result was analyzed with choosing different parameters. Comparing the simulation result with that of real frontal collision , the finite element model w as verified to be correct .According to simulation result and the characteristics of energy absorbability , some cor responding improved measures were put forward o n the basis of this.
