Stress Analysis oft he Across Urban Gas PE Pipeline with Fixed Pier Based on the Finite Element Analysis

摘要: 研究有固定墩的聚乙烯燃气跨越管道力学性能,对城镇燃气管网的安全运行具有重要意义。基于有限元分析理论,建立了两端设有固定墩的聚乙烯跨越管道仿真模型,运用工程分析软件ANSYS对聚乙烯燃气管道进行模拟,分析并讨论了跨长、管径以及内压等因素对管道变形和应力的影响及其变化规律。研究结果表明,管道跨中挠度在跨长低于15m 时增加缓慢,但是当跨度大于15m 时,管道的跨中挠度会急剧增加;管道所受的应力随着管道跨度的增加而增加,但是增长相对平稳;管径对管道的跨中挠度和应力也有影响,管道的跨中挠度和应力均随着管径的增大而减小;管道内压对管道的跨中挠度影响较小,几乎没有变化,但是管道所受应力随着管道内压的增大而增大。

Abstract:

Aimed at the mechanical properties research of the polyethylene gas pipeline with the fixed pier had important significance to the urban gas network safety. Based on the theory of the finite element analysis, a simulate model of the polyethylene pipeline was set up. The polyethylene pipeline was simulated by using engineer analysis software ANSYS, the influence of change in the span length, diameter and internal pressure on the deformation and stress of the pipeline were analyzed. The results showed that the midspan deflection of pipeline increased slowly when the span length was below 15 m. But when the span was more than 15 m, the deflection increased sharply. The stress of the pipe also increased with the pipe span increasing. But the growth was stable relatively. Changes of diameter also impacted midspan deflection and stress. The midspan deflection and stress were decreased with the increase of pipe diameter. The internal pressure had little influence on the midspan deflection of the pipeline. But the stress of the pipe increased with the increase of the internal pressure.
