基于加速度信息的人体步态识别算法研究

摘要: 针对步态特征提取时涉及到的维数高、变换复杂等问题,提出一种新的步态特征提取方法。利用加速度传感器采集人体侧向、垂直方向和前进方向的步态加速度数据,并根据跃度将加速度数据区分为动态部分和静态部分,进而计算出动态和静态部分在3个不同方向上的标准差,将共计6个特征指标作为身份识别的依据。对这些特征所做的相似性和个体性测试结果,证明了将它们作为识别依据的可行性。最后引入K-近邻分类算法,计算出测试样本与训练样本之间的最小欧氏距离,从而达到身份识别的目的。实验结果表明,只要测试环境与训练环境一致,通过提取的6个步态特征,利用K-近邻算法可正确识别出测试对象。
