复杂温度外场作用下转子系统振动特性研究

摘要:         转子系统往往要在高转速、高温、高压等恶劣环境下工作,其受力情况非常复杂。以多自由度转子为研究对象,采用有限元法建立了考虑复杂外场作用下转子系统动力学模型。研究了该转子的振型、支承刚度对转子临界转速影响,并对考虑和忽略复杂温度外场作用下的转子系统不平衡响应进行了对比分析。结果表明:当考虑复杂温度外场作用时,转子系统的响应振幅明显增大。随着启动时间的增加,该转子的各结点振幅均逐渐增大,当启动时间超过15s时,幅值增长几乎呈线性变化。

Abstract: The rotor system often operates in the harsh conditions of high speed, temperature and pressure and its force is very complex. The dynamics model of the rotor system with multi degree of freedom was established by using the finite element method. The vibration modes and the effect of rotor support stiffness on critical speed of the rotor system were studied. Moreover, the comparisons of unbalance response in considering and ignoring the complex temperature for the rotor were employed. The results show that he rotor system response amplitude increased significantly when the complex the temperature field is considered. With the start-up time increases, the amplitudes of the rotor system are gradually increased. When the start time exceeds 15 s, the amplitude is increased almost linearly.
