摘要:      以中国内蒙古扎赉特旗油砂油为例,利用加入破乳剂及加热沉降相结合的脱水方法,对内蒙古油砂油进行脱水,确定了最佳实验操作条件。实验结果表明:以破乳剂C(硫酸、乙二醇、T-260按一定比例复配而制得)为脱水试剂,在操作温度为90℃、沉降时间为5h的条件下,可有效地脱除油砂油中的水,净化油的含水率≤1%。

Abstract: Taking crude oil from Inner Mongolia oil sands as an example, dehydration by adding demulsifier and heating settlement combined methods are used to study the optimum operation conditions. The results show that water can be effective removed from the oil-sands oil at 90 ℃ for 5 h, and the water content can be reduced to 1%.
