橡胶改性沥青的老化及再生

摘要:         选取辽河油田生产的沥青为原料,加入废旧橡胶粉和苯乙烯焦油,在高速剪切机的作用下制备橡胶改性沥青,然后将橡胶改性沥青用旋转薄膜烘箱进行老化试验研究,研究老化时间和橡胶粉的质量分数对沥青软化点、针入度、延度的影响。并将自制老化再生剂添加到老化橡胶改性沥青中,考察再生剂的性能。实验结果表明:胶粉的质量分数为15%时的抗老化性能最好,加入再生剂后的老化橡胶改性沥青可以恢复相关的路用性能,符合国家规定的140# 道路沥青标准。

Abstract: Crumb rubber and styrene tar were used to modify asphalt of Liaohe Oilfield asphalt by high shearing technology, the rolling thin film oven test was preformed and check the changes of softening point、needle penetration, delay degree according to different aging time and rubber powder content in rubber asphalt. Then homemade renewable agent additive was added in aged rubber modified asphalt to test its performance.The experimental results show that the mass fraction of rubber content 15% anti-aging properties is preferred and reach the state road asphalt No.140 standards.
