C d S / A g 2S复合光催化剂的制备及其光催化性能的研究

Preparation of CdS/Ag2S Composite Photocatalyst and Its Photocatalytic Performance

摘要: 采用沉积 � 沉淀法制备了一系列不同 A g 2S负载量的C d S / A g 2S复合光催化剂, 通过 X射线衍射、 扫描电镜、 紫外 � 可见光谱等手段对催化剂进行了表征。结果表明, C d S / A g 2S系列样品的颗粒粒径小于C d S的颗粒粒径。以可见光为光源, 考察了 A g 2S负载量对 C d S / A g 2S系列样品的光催化性能的影响。结果表明, 当A g 2S负载量为1 0. 0%、 反应时间为2 2 0m i n时, 罗丹明B的降解率达到最高, 为7 1%。 C d S / A g 2S复合光催化剂能够显著减少光生电子 � 空穴对的重新结合次数, 因此其光催化降解罗丹明B的能力要高于C d S。

Abstract: Series of CdS/Ag2S composite photocatalysts with different Ag2S concentrations were prepared by the precipitation-grinding method. The prepared samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, UVvisible spectroscopy, and photoluminescence spectroscopy. The catalyst particle size of CdS/Ag2S was proved to be smaller than the catalyst particle size of CdS. The reaction system was set under visible light irradiation to study the influence to the photocatalytic performance of CdS/Ag2S with different condentration of Ag2S. The CdS/Ag2S composite photocatalyst with the weight of 100% concentration of Ag2S showed the highest photocatalytic activity and the degradation of Rhodamine B was 71%.The presence of Ag2S also restrained the recombination rate of e-/h+ pairs.The photocatalytic activity of degradation of Rhodamine B was significantly improving.
