灰色关联理论与综合评分法在工程评标中的应用

摘要: 目前我国建设工程项目的评标方法主要有合理低标价法、综合评分法、两阶段评议法等,这几种方法在实践中可行,但在要求给一些定性的评价指标进行打分的过程中,却不可避免具有一定的人为因素和随意性。运用灰色关联分析技术与定性指标的模糊隶属度理论相结合建立了工程评标的数学模型,构造出综合评判的指标体系,建立了简便而有效的实用模型,为客观、科学地选择中标单位提供了宝贵的理论依据。

Abstract: China s construction project mean tender methods include reasonable low price bid evaluation, general grading method and tow-stage evaluation method etc.. These evaluation index systems were proved to be effective and feasible. However, some of them need to qualitative evaluation score; it is inevitably arbitrary and artificial factors. A mathematic model based on fussy mathematics and gray relational analysis was used to construct a comprehensive evaluation index system and to build a simple and effective practical model. Provided valuable theoretical basis for choose the successful bidder.
