Control System of Water Supply Valve of Waterworks Based on the HMI and PLC

摘要: 针对自来水厂管网供水阀门的控制问题,给出了一种基于人机界面(HMI)和PLC的简易控制方法。在不需要对阀门加装伺服机构和改换阀门的情况下,采用普通单向交流异步电机作为动力,利用光电开关设计了一套阀门旋转圈数的检测机构,实现了对阀门的远程控制。具有成本低廉和可靠性高的特点,对水厂中经常调节的阀门有较高的推广应用价值。

Abstract: A simple control method of aiming at the control issue of water supply valves in the pipes of waterworks based on the HMI and PLC was represented. Under the circumstances that do not need install the servo mechanism and replace the valve, implementing the remote control of valve utilizing the ordinary AC single-phase motor as the power and designing a kind of detecting mechanism of cylinder number of valve based on the optical switch. It has the characteristics of low cost and high reliability,which has more extended and applied value on the frequently-adjusting valves of waterworks.
