油田地面蒸汽管道干度计算方法

Computation Method of the Ground Steam Conduit Dryness of Oil Fields

摘要: 蒸汽干度是水蒸气的重要品质参数, 在热力采油中, 向油层注入的高压高温湿蒸汽其干度对采油的经济性有着重要的影响。为了实现注汽锅炉蒸汽干度的高质量控制,提出一种蒸汽干度计算方法。此方法通过首先计算沿程摩擦阻力,然后求出该点的蒸汽温度,进而求出管段的热损失,最后可求出管道内任意处的蒸汽干度。该方案研究了输汽管道系统蒸汽干度的变化情况,为热采输汽系统工艺设计提供参考。

Abstract: The steam dryness is an important quality parameter of steam. The dryness of wet steam included in high-pressured and high temperature wet steam injected into the oil layers has the important influence to the extraction efficiency. In order to realize high quality control of steam dryness in the stream-injection boiler, a computation method of steam dryness was proposed. Through this method, the steam dryness along the pipelines was firstly calculated, then vapor temperature and heat loss in the pipelines were obtained. Finally, steam dryness at the random place in the pipeline was solved. The change situation of the steam dryness in steam pipeline system was studied, which provides the reference for the heating mining system technological design.
