固定托架对管道跨越结构的安全性分析

Safety Analysis of Pipeline Crossing Structure with the Fixed Bracket

摘要: 沿河土体沉降对埋地管道跨越结构的影响较为严重,若要有效防止跨越结构的破坏,则需要采用有效的预防措施。建立管道跨越结构与土壤相互作用的有限元力学模型,分析了采用固定托架结构时管道跨越结构的应力变化情况。分析结果表明,当跨越结构受到土体沉降的影响时,固定托架可以有效地减小管道所受到的应力;固定托架的安装位置对降低管道跨越结构应力的影响较为突出。研究结果可为管道跨越结构的安全建设提供理论依据。

Abstract: Pipeline crossing structure was very easy to be affected by the settlement of soil along the river, and effective preventive measures should be adopted to effectively prevent the damage to the crossing structure. The finite element model of pipeline crossing structure and soil interaction was established, and the stress change of pipeline span structure with the fixed bracket was established. It was found that the fixed bracket could effectively reduce the stress value of the pipeline when the span structure was affected by the settlement of soil mass, and the installation position of the fixing bracket was more prominent to reduce the stress value of the pipeline span structure. The results could provide a theoretical basis for the safety construction of pipeline crossing structure.
